With interiors from Larritt Evans and architecture from the team at Papapetrou Rice this dilapidated iconic bayside warehouse was given a complete refresh and transformed into the new Sullivan Kerr dealership. Polished concrete warehouse floors, an imposing aluminium louvred screen to the façade and hardwood accents throughout the interior, this project was a great success.
